These Sweet and Salty No Bake Peanut Butter Bars are a delightful treat that combine the rich flavors of peanut butter and chocolate with the crunch of pretzels. Easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet and salty cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Put parchment paper around the edges of a 9x9-inch baking pan, leaving an overhang to make it easy to take off

Put the smooth peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and melted unsalted butter in a large bowl

Mix everything together until it's smooth

Along with the peanut butter, mix in the old-fashioned oats, crushed pretzels, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt

Mix the ingredients together until they are all evenly mixed in

Move the mixture to the baking pan that has been prepared

Press it down hard with your hands or a spatula to make a smooth layer

In a bowl that can go in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips for 20 seconds at a time, stirring after each time

Do this until the chocolate is smooth and melted

Melt the chocolate and pour it over the peanut butter mixture in the pan

Spread it out with a spatula

The bars should be set for at least two to three hours, or until they are firm

Put the pan in the fridge

When the bars are cool, use the extra parchment paper to lift them out of the pan

Put it on a cutting board and cut it into bars with a sharp knife

Enjoy these sweet and salty peanut butter bars that don't need to be baked!
