Crock Pot Three Cheese Baked Ziti
This Three Cheese Baked Ziti in the Crock Pot is a hearty and cheesy pasta dish that's great for busy days. If you use a slow cooker, you can leave it to cook while you do something else. When you return, the food will be ready to be served.
Ingredients:
- 16 oz ziti pasta
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese
In the crock pot, layer marinara sauce, uncooked ziti pasta, cheese mixture, water, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of cheese on top
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until pasta is tender
Serve hot and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese if desired
