A Little Pink Ombre Cactus Cupcakes
These cute cupcakes with a cactus theme have a lovely ombre effect with shades of pink and green. Great for a party with a cactus theme or any other time you want to add some fun and sweetness.
Instructions: Warm up your oven to 350F (175C) and put cactus-shaped cupcake liners in a cupcake pan. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium-sized bowl using a whisk. Leave it alone. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in another bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, making sure that each one is fully mixed in before adding the next. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing them in with the milk every so often. Start with the dry ingredients and end with the milk. Don't mix any further than that. Separate the cupcake batter into three equal parts. One part should be left plain, while the other two should be colored with pink gel food coloring and green gel food coloring to make three shades. Put a small amount of the green batter in the bottom of each cupcake liner to start. Then add the plain and pink batters one on top of the other to make an ombre effect. If you stick a toothpick into the middle of one of the cupcakes, it should come out clean after 15 to 18 minutes. After putting the cupcakes in the pan to cool for a while, move them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once the cupcakes are completely cool, put cactus-shaped fondant decorations on top of them. You are now ready to eat your Little Pink Ombre Cactus Cupcakes. Send them to family and friends, and don't forget to take a picture to post oner. Colorful treats:
